You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our London address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return.

Exchanges
