We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking available

Note: We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bag Haven purchase as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn items in their original condition within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Bikini Combinations
  • Bras
  • Bustiers
  • Headgear (hats and hair accessories)
  • Jewellery

Exceptions are made only for damaged or defective items – please contact us immediately if this occurs.

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps for a smooth return process:

  1. Submit a Return Request within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with:
    • Subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”
    • Details of items to return (name, size, color)
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – Our London team will review within 2 business days and send return instructions
  3. Package Your Item securely in original packaging with all tags attached

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Credit/Debit card refunds (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of approval
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability):

  • Follow the same process as returns, specifying “exchange” in your email
  • For price differences, we’ll charge or refund accordingly
  • We cover shipping fees for exchanged items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Returns without prior authorization cannot be processed
